Pai and Out - Catching Up Part 4

Keep catching up on latest events, here are more pictures from Pai and now that's enough of Pai. Was a fantastic place for me and certainly a place I'll consider spending more time in. Enjoy the pictures. Captions might be amusing as well. Let me know what you think.
Some people have died from smoking alcohol, don't try it here or anywhere!!!

Pai mooooon

Would your tongue also be hanging out had you had a rope on your neck?

Scootering around is one of the joys in Pai

The complex where our apartment was, brand new and not on Google maps ;)

Skies are everywhere, I know...

and clouds as well

Cows and birds living together - damn, my captions are boring this time...

Kitchen utensils from the Japanese village

Friendly character from a festival

When was the last time you took your time drinking tea from Bamboo?

Paper lanterns fill the Sky at the new year's party

Thais who just love blowing stuff up, celebrate!!!

Bubbles brings joy - there's more than one way soap makes people happy ;)

Tom Kha - nyaaaami - coconut, ginger, carrot, tofu, mushrooms, surprises... yeaaah

Everyday with a different color, this guy's job is to stand in the middle of the street and let people write stuff on him hoping they'll give some money as well. My theory is that he learnt how to sleep standing and he parties the rest of the day.

Panang curry - another delicacy from the many wonderful dishes Pai offers happy vegans

Yes, contribute to their education by making them circus show in the middle of the street. But hey, who am I to judge?

I can also pollute the environment with a smoke-lifted paper lantern.

Paper lanterns in the wind, happy new year! :)

  1. Pai was awesome. The skies were particularly awesome.

The painted dude - I wonder why we never saw him there with no paint? How could we not have noticed him? He must go out or something... maybe he lives in a far away village and only comes out at evening as "The Painted Dude!"
